Ingredients:
- 400g of minced beef
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup of shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup of grated cheese
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1 avocado, sliced
Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced beef to the pan and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
- Stir in paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- While the beef is cooking, prepare the toppings: dice the tomatoes, shred the lettuce, and slice the avocado.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until pliable.
- To assemble the tacos, place a portion of the beef mixture on each tortilla.
- Top with diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, grated cheese, sour cream, and avocado slices.
