Ingredients:

  • 400g of minced beef
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup of diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup of shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup of grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • frying pan
  • mixing bowl
  • sharp knife
  • cutting board
  • tongs

Instructions:

  • Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add the minced beef to the pan and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
  • Stir in paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • While the beef is cooking, prepare the toppings: dice the tomatoes, shred the lettuce, and slice the avocado.
  • Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until pliable.
  • To assemble the tacos, place a portion of the beef mixture on each tortilla.
  • Top with diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, grated cheese, sour cream, and avocado slices.
