Ingredients:
- 200g of Kottu roti (pre-made roti, chopped)
- 100g of shredded chicken breast
- 50g of carrots (julienned)
- 50g of cabbage (shredded)
- 1 medium onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 2 green chilies (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of curry powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons of chopped spring onions
Kitchen Tools Needed:

- Grater
Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onion and minced garlic, sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Stir in the green chilies, and then add the shredded chicken breast, cooking until fully done.
- Add the julienned carrots and shredded cabbage, stir-frying for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
- Stir in the curry powder and soy sauce, mixing well to incorporate the flavors.
- Add the chopped Kottu roti to the mixture, tossing everything together until evenly combined.
- Season with salt to taste and continue to stir-fry for a few minutes until everything is heated through.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions before serving.
