Ingredients:

  • 200g of Kottu roti (pre-made roti, chopped)
  • 100g of shredded chicken breast
  • 50g of carrots (julienned)
  • 50g of cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 medium onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 2 green chilies (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of curry powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped spring onions

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Wok
  • Spatula
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Grater

Instructions:

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced onion and minced garlic, sauté until the onions are translucent.
  • Stir in the green chilies, and then add the shredded chicken breast, cooking until fully done.
  • Add the julienned carrots and shredded cabbage, stir-frying for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
  • Stir in the curry powder and soy sauce, mixing well to incorporate the flavors.
  • Add the chopped Kottu roti to the mixture, tossing everything together until evenly combined.
  • Season with salt to taste and continue to stir-fry for a few minutes until everything is heated through.
  • Garnish with chopped spring onions before serving.
