Ingredients:
- 500g of plain yogurt
- 200g of fresh cucumber, grated
- 50g of finely chopped mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon of roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of black salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of regular salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder
- 50g of finely chopped onion
Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add the plain yogurt and whisk it smoothly until there are no lumps.
- Add the grated cucumber and mix well with the yogurt.
- In a separate bowl, combine the chopped mint leaves, roasted cumin powder, black salt, regular salt, red chili powder, and chopped onion.
- Fold the mixture into the yogurt and cucumber mixture gently to maintain the yogurt's texture.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, and chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.
- Serve in a beautiful dish garnished with extra mint leaves if desired.
