Ingredients:

  • 500g of plain yogurt
  • 200g of fresh cucumber, grated
  • 50g of finely chopped mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of regular salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder
  • 50g of finely chopped onion

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • mixing bowl
  • whisk
  • grater
  • serving dish

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, add the plain yogurt and whisk it smoothly until there are no lumps.
  • Add the grated cucumber and mix well with the yogurt.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the chopped mint leaves, roasted cumin powder, black salt, regular salt, red chili powder, and chopped onion.
  • Fold the mixture into the yogurt and cucumber mixture gently to maintain the yogurt's texture.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, and chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.
  • Serve in a beautiful dish garnished with extra mint leaves if desired.
