Ingredients:
- 800g of chicken breast, diced
- 200ml of heavy cream
- 100g of tomato puree
- 50g of butter
- 1 teaspoon of garam masala
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 inch of ginger, grated
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until melted.

- Reduce heat to low and slowly stir in the heavy cream, allowing it to simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste, adjusting the flavors as needed before removing from heat.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
