Ingredients:

  • 800g of chicken breast, diced
  • 200ml of heavy cream
  • 100g of tomato puree
  • 50g of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 inch of ginger, grated
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  • Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until melted.
  • Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
  • Mix in the tomato puree, garam masala, cumin, and paprika. Stir well to combine.
  • Reduce heat to low and slowly stir in the heavy cream, allowing it to simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Season with salt to taste, adjusting the flavors as needed before removing from heat.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
