Ingredients:

  • 900g of chicken breasts, diced
  • 150g of butter
  • 200ml of heavy cream
  • 200g of tomato puree
  • 2 tablespoons of ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoons of garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Large skillet
  • Measuring cups
  • Cutting board
  • Chef's knife
  • Wooden spoon

Instructions:

  • Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.
  • Stir in the tomato puree, garam masala, cumin, turmeric, and salt; mix well.
  • Reduce the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring until combined.
  • Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro before serving.
