Ingredients:
- 500g of pizza dough
- 200g of truffle cream
- 300g of mixed mushrooms (shiitake, cremini, portobello)
- 150g of mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 50g of parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Pizza stone
- Rolling pin
- Pizza cutter
- Mixing bowl
- Oven
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F) with a pizza stone inside.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a 12-inch circle.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a parchment paper.
- Spread truffle cream evenly over the surface of the dough.
- Sauté the mixed mushrooms in olive oil until golden brown, season with salt and pepper, then distribute them on top of the truffle cream.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan evenly over the mushrooms.
- Carefully slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone in the oven.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
