 Gourmet Truffle Mushroom Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 500g of pizza dough
  • 200g of truffle cream
  • 300g of mixed mushrooms (shiitake, cremini, portobello)
  • 150g of mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 50g of parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Pizza stone
  • Rolling pin
  • Pizza cutter
  • Mixing bowl
  • Oven

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F) with a pizza stone inside.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a 12-inch circle.
  • Transfer the rolled dough onto a parchment paper.
  • Spread truffle cream evenly over the surface of the dough.
  • Sauté the mixed mushrooms in olive oil until golden brown, season with salt and pepper, then distribute them on top of the truffle cream.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan evenly over the mushrooms.
  • Carefully slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone in the oven.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing.
  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
