Ingredients:

  • 1kg of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Grill
  • Skewers
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Grater
  • Pastry Brush

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  • Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade and toss well to coat. Allow it to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
  • Grill the skewered shrimp for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are pink and opaque.
  • Remove the skewers from the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
