Ingredients:
- 1kg of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade and toss well to coat. Allow it to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill the skewered shrimp for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are pink and opaque.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
