Ingredients:

  • 1 liter of high-quality Greek yoghurt
  • 300g of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 100g of honey or maple syrup
  • 100g of granola
  • 30g of chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Whisk
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Glasses for serving
  • Spoon
  • Measuring Cups

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yoghurt with honey or maple syrup, stirring well to incorporate the sweetness evenly.
  • In serving glasses, add a layer of the sweetened yoghurt mixture at the bottom.
  • Then, add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yoghurt.
  • Next, sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries to add crunch.
  • Repeat the layering process until the glasses are filled, finishing with a final layer of berries on top.
  • Sprinkle chopped nuts on the very top layer and garnish with a fresh mint leaf.
  • Serve immediately for the best texture, or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes before serving for a chilled delight.
