Ingredients:
- 500g of all-purpose flour
- 10g of instant yeast
- 300ml of warm water
- 10g of salt
- 20ml of olive oil
- 15g of fresh rosemary, chopped
- 15g of fresh thyme, chopped
- 5g of sugar
Kitchen Tools Needed:

- Mixing Bowl
- Baking Tray
- Rolling Pin
- Pastry Brush
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour and salt together.
- Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour mixture, and knead until a smooth dough forms.
- Incorporate the chopped herbs into the dough and knead for another 2 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and shape them into round rolls.
- Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and let them rise for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F) while the rolls are rising.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
