Ingredients:

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup of chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup of fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of whole-grain bread (optional)

Instructions:

  • Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot filled with water. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 10-12 minutes, then cool in ice water before peeling.
