Ingredients:
- 500g of ground beef
- 4 slices of aged cheddar cheese
- 4 whole wheat burger buns
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 large tomato
- 1 red onion
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into 4 patties.
- Lightly oil the grill grates, then place the patties on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes on one side until a nice crust forms, then flip and place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the burger is cooked to your preference.
- While the burgers are cooking, slice the avocado, tomato, and red onion into thin slices.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard to create a sauce.
- To assemble the burger, spread the homemade sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Add a burger patty, followed by avocado slices, tomato, and red onion. Top with the other half of the bun.
