Ingredients:
- 200g of all-purpose flour
- 100g of sugar
- 80g of unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 120ml of whole milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 200g of mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
- 1 pinch of salt

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease the muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the butter until creamy, then add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the milk and vanilla extract until combined.
- Gradually fold in the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; do not overmix.
- Gently fold in the mixed berries, ensuring even distribution in the batter.
- Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
