Ingredients:
- 500g of ground beef
- 4 slices of smoked bacon
- 1 ripe avocado
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 whole wheat burger buns
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- Fresh lettuce leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for grilling

Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form into 4 patties.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside on paper towels to drain excess fat.
- Grill the beef patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, adding a slice of cheddar cheese on top during the last minute to melt.
- While the patties are grilling, lightly toast the burger buns on the grill until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on the bottom half of each bun, then topping with crispy bacon, sliced avocado, red onion, and fresh lettuce.
- Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately with your favorite condiments.
