Ingredients:
- 300g of spaghetti
- 400g of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 100ml of olive oil
- 150g of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 50g of fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
- Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes until softened.
- Add the lemon juice and zest to the shrimp mixture, stirring to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti into the skillet, mixing well to coat the pasta with the sauce.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
