Ingredients:
- 300g sushi rice
- 750ml water
- 200g raw tuna, diced
- 200g raw salmon, diced
- 100g seaweed salad
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 4 radishes, thinly sliced
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp wasabi
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 4 green onions, chopped
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then drain.
- In a rice cooker, combine the rinsed sushi rice and 750ml of water. Cook according to the rice cooker's instructions.
- While the rice is cooking, prepare the toppings by dicing the raw tuna and salmon into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh to slice it thinly.
- Julienne the cucumber and thinly slice the radishes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tuna and salmon with soy sauce, sesame oil, and wasabi; mix well to season the fish.
- Once the rice is cooked, let it cool slightly before fluffing it with a spatula.
- To assemble each poke bowl, start with a base of sushi rice, then arrange the seasoned fish, avocado, cucumber, radishes, and seaweed salad artfully on top.
- Garnish with sesame seeds, chopped green onions, and fresh cilantro before serving.
