Ingredients:
- 500g of ground beef
- 200g of black beans (canned)
- 150g of white rice (cooked)
- 100g of cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 100g of sour cream
- 1 large onion (diced)
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 5 large flour tortillas
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

- Large bowl

Instructions:
- In a frying pan over medium heat, add the ground beef, onions, and garlic. Cook until the beef is browned and the onions are translucent.
- Stir in the black beans, cooked rice, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Cook until heated through, about 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the beef and bean mixture evenly among the tortillas.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the mixture and add a dollop of sour cream.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly to enclose the filling.
- Place the rolled burritos seam side down on serving plates, and garnish with fresh cilantro.
