Ingredients:
- 500g of strong white bread flour
- 350ml of warm water
- 10g of salt
- 7g of dried yeast
- 5g of sugar
- 30ml of olive oil

- Knife
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the strong white bread flour, salt, and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, dissolve the dried yeast in warm water and let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- Pour the yeast mixture and olive oil into the flour mixture.
- Mix until a soft dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Shape the dough into a ball and place it in a lightly oiled bowl, covering it with a damp cloth.
- Let it rest in a warm place for about 15 minutes until it has doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Punch down the dough and divide it into 4 equal pieces, shaping each into a round or oval loaf.
- Place the shaped loaves onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Make a few slashes on top of each loaf with a knife to allow for expansion during baking.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the loaves are golden brown and sound hollow when tapped on the bottom.
