Ingredients:

  • 150g of almond flour
  • 100g of powdered sugar
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 50g of melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt

Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, powdered sugar, and a pinch of salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until soft peaks form. Gently fold the egg whites into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  • Add the melted butter and vanilla extract to the mixture, folding gently until the batter is smooth.
  • Sift the mixture over itself to ensure lightness and fold it gently.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spoon dollops of the batter onto the tray, leaving space between each biscuit.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking tray for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
