Ingredients:
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of whole milk
- 3/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup of cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 package of vanilla wafers
- 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
- Topping: whipped cream

Instructions:
- In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Whisk the mixture over medium heat until it thickens and comes to a gentle boil.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and lemon juice.
- In serving cups, layer the bottom with crushed vanilla wafers, followed by a layer of sliced bananas and then a layer of the pudding mixture. Repeat the layering until the cups are filled, finishing with the pudding on top.
- Chill the cups in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before serving.
