Ingredients:
- 200g of dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 100g of unsalted butter
- 150g of granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 50g of all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Grease the cake molds with butter and dust with flour to prevent sticking.
- In a mixing bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter together over a double boiler until smooth, stirring occasionally.
- In another bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until pale and fluffy.
- Gently fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
- Sift in the flour and salt, and carefully fold until just combined, being cautious not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake molds, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, until the edges are firm but the center is still soft.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 1 minute, then invert the cakes onto plates.
- Serve immediately, ideally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dusting of powdered sugar.
