Ingredients:
- 200g of all-purpose flour
- 180g of granulated sugar
- 50g of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 100g of unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 200ml of whole milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 200g of dark chocolate, chopped
- 200ml of heavy cream

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- While the cake cools, prepare the ganache by heating the heavy cream in a saucepan until it just begins to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate. Let it sit for a few minutes before stirring until smooth.
- Once the cake is completely cooled, pour the ganache over the top, allowing it to drip down the sides.
- Let the ganache set before slicing the cake into 10 equal servings.
