Ingredients:
- 250g of dark chocolate
- 150g of unsalted butter
- 250g of granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 95g of all-purpose flour
- 30g of cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 100g of chocolate chips

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt dark chocolate and unsalted butter in a mixing bowl over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth.
- Remove the bowl from heat and allow it to cool for a few minutes.
- Incorporate granulated sugar into the cooled chocolate mixture, whisking until fully combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- Sift together all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then fold gently into the chocolate mixture until no dry ingredients remain.
- Stir in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow cooling before cutting into squares and serving.
