Ingredients:
- 5 Bratwurst sausages
- 200ml of ketchup
- 2 tablespoons of curry powder
- 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium heat and cook the bratwurst sausages until they are browned and heated through, about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
- In the meantime, heat the olive oil in a sauté pan over medium heat, add the finely chopped onion, and cook until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- In a blender, combine the ketchup, curry powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth, adjusting the seasoning to taste.
- Once the sausages are cooked, slice them into bite-sized pieces and place them on a serving platter.
- Drizzle the curry sauce over the sliced sausages, ensuring they are well coated.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with crispy fries or bread rolls.
