Ingredients:
- 500g of cooked short-grain rice
- 200g of spinach, blanched and chopped
- 150g of carrots, julienned and sautéed
- 150g of shiitake mushrooms, sliced and sautéed
- 100g of zucchini, julienned and sautéed
- 5 eggs, fried sunny-side up
- 50g of gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 30ml of sesame oil
- 50g of roasted sesame seeds
- Salt to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Rice cooker
- Frying pan
- Wok
- Chopping board
- Knife
Instructions:
- Prepare the rice according to the instructions in the rice cooker and keep it warm.
- In a wok, add a little sesame oil and sauté the carrots until tender. Season with salt and set aside.
- Sauté the sliced shiitake mushrooms in the wok until golden. Set aside.
- Sauté the julienned zucchini in the wok until soft. Set aside.
- In another pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up.
- To assemble, place a portion of rice in a bowl and arrange the sautéed vegetables, spinach, and a fried egg on top.
- Drizzle with sesame oil, add gochujang to taste, and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds before serving.
