Ingredients:
- 150g of butter, softened
- 100g of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 200g of plain flour
- 50g of cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 100g of desiccated coconut
- 200g of dark chocolate, melted
- 50g of walnuts, chopped (for garnish)
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- mixing bowl

- electric mixer
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla extract, then mix in the plain flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder until a soft dough forms.
- Fold in the desiccated coconut and mix until evenly combined.
- Using spoonfuls of the dough, shape into small balls and place them onto the prepared baking tray, leaving space between each.
- Flatten each ball slightly with a fork and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until set but not hard.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Once cooled, dip the top of each biscuit in the melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with chopped walnuts for garnish.
